Vivian Adesuwa Otaru is an entrepreneur, event manager, caterer, and business professional from Edo State, Nigeria. She attended Command Secondary School, where she started her JSS education in Emerald and completed her SSS education in Marble in 1998. She studied Business Administration and later Philosophy at the University of Lagos. Vivian is the founder of VIVOTAR S WORLD, with interests in catering, fashion, beauty, clothing, interiors, and event management. She served as Welfare/Socials Coordinator from 2022–2025 and has been Vice President from 2025 to date. She is easygoing, patient, God-fearing, creative, and a great multitasker. She currently lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
